Heys everyone!!
i have an announcement to make!!
I OFFICIALLY MADE MY FIRST CHEESECAKE!! ahaha. as you all might not know, i hardly ever try to cook or bake at all, and the last time i tried to cook or bake is during home econs in sec 1 and 2. hehs. so ytd i decided to make my mum an oreo cheesecake! with help from steff, jac and joanne i eventually made a cheesecake that is edible and sinfully sweet! actually it's rather easy to make lahh, just make the crust, put it into the freezer, whip e whipping cream and cream cheese and pour the mixture onto the crust.
but the point is, i don't have an electric mixer at home!! and i happened to hurt my little finger during volleyball quite badly, so you can imagine the agony of whipping the mixture manually...haha. i wonder if e doctor can gimme an MC for a swollen little finger in case it hurts so badly that i cannot write during chem test tmr. hehs. okay, tough luck. i better go study now. cya!!
