so...
prom wasn't half as bad as i had expected! haha. i was kind of dreading it because of the dress, accessories, and of course the nomination thing. it seemed like i was unduly worried. boy, it didn't seem-i WAS unduly worried! hahaha. i enjoyed myself right from the start. it probably helped that i had very low expectations of it in the first place. as the saying goes, the higher your expectations, the harder you fall. and vice versa. lol.
and i got to know a few other people in school, e.g. tammy, songjun, olivia and nicholas lim. they're all rather friendly :D and i walked up the stage with nicholas! i honestly thought he's one of the best dressed males in the ballroom. he stands out from the crowd because he was wearing something quite different. vest, paired with striped shirt and tie. okay at least quite different to ME. haha. kaysiong had the same outfit too! they looked really good.
i wanted to take pics with some people whom i don't know...but i didn't dare to approach them in case i left the wrong impression on them. haha. like why is this girl wanting to take picture with me?! haha. but come to think of it, it's the last official school event and nobody's gonna give a damn. oh well.
