i'm currently smitten with oldies :DDD xlb's saying that i'm adopting charlie's taste of music, which can be worrying xD but some oldies are really sensational! such as bohemian rhapsody:

First heard of this song in Pride and it got me interested! but i didn't know the title of the song so didn't manage to hear the full version then. Now i've got the whole album in my iTunes, courtesy of yuntian's cd. THANK YOU XIAOTIANTIAN! hahaha. The song is composed of six distinct sections - introduction, ballad, guitar solo, opera, rock, and an outro. it's so unusual, it caught my attention the first time i heard it. but i guess not everyone likes it, cuz xlb says she hates it like crazy! oh well ))): to each his/her own. go listen to it on youtube and decide for yourself!
yesterday was loads of fun ((: had meeting and kbox session with the shanghai people. i think all of the girls can sing well! esp yuntian with her sensational voice that does not require the mike at all. and her range is back! wheeeee~ don't know if jonny's one is back though.
QUEEN can sing very well too! he was so humble about it. haha. could remember how he tried to make the duet between jonny and jiawei work, cuz they could barely coordinate! haha. i think they're just unfamiliar with the song bah. yeah and jonny pek kept spamming the list with laopokpok english songs, and then skipping to the next song after he sang halfway, cuz couldn't continue. zzz. lol. still, some of the english songs were enjoyable. e.g. DESPERADO! heh.
then there were people who refused to sing, e.g. lg and junquan. it must have been a torture for them. haha. imagine paying for something you didn't want to do. at least they were good sport to come and join us. haha.
after kbox, some people left as it was rather late already, close to dinnertime. wensi and some guys went to play pool, while jiahao, peishan and i played bishi bashi. jiahao the coach trained peishan and i to become not-so-noob bishi bashi players. lol. we must play more okay!!! then can improve on our zhamming skills. haha.
in the end, it was down to 3 of us, jonny, lg and wensi. we went for dinner at ps foodcourt and then headed home.
fun aside, SCHOOL is looming near. which reminds me of HOMEWORK i've barely touched. SIANNNN.
